Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference for the current billing period.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
When you reach your monthly minute limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to continue analyzing. Your usage resets on the 1st of each month. You can still view your history and past analyses at any time.
Is my audio data saved or stored?
No. We process your audio through our secure transcription service and immediately delete it. Only your analysis results (scores, metrics, transcript text, and coaching tips) are saved to your account. We take privacy seriously.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid plan, we'll refund you in full—no questions asked. Just email us at support@speechscore.app.
Can I use Speech Score for my team or company?
We're currently building team plans with shared analytics and bulk pricing! Email us at team@speechscore.app for early access and custom pricing for 5+ users.
What payment methods do you accept?
